WORLD PEACE MEDITATION
This Meditation can be practised anytime of
the day, and only takes about 5-10 mintues. If you do
this meditation before or during a full moon, its energy will
be amplified. Sit or lie somewhere where you wont be disturbed.
Start now by becoming aware of your
breathing, feel your breath slowing down. Feel your mind
slowing down as you take a deep breath in. Visualise a
clock face and the hands of the clock. The hands are
moving around the clock at the speed of your thoughts, they may
be moving fast or slow. Now visualise the clock hands
slowing down, as your allow your thoughts to slow down. Take
another deep breath in, hold it for two seconds and exhale
slowly.
I want to you to cup your hands together
about 15cm apart. Visualise a sphere in between your
hands, this is a hologram of planet Earth. You have the
planet in your hands; you can zoom in on areas or spin the
globe at will. Today I want to focus your energies on the
Middle East. How does this area of the world feel?
I want to focus your energy on healing this area of the
world now.
Allow your intent and love to align as you
channel healing energy to the Middle East. Your energy
will literally travel to this area and help to facilitate
healing and balancing of the land and people. Hold your
intent and loving thoughts as strongly as you can to heal the
Middle East now. Visualise pink light emulating from your
hands and surrounding the planet. The earth begins to
glow particularly around the Middle East, with a loving and
balancing energy. Planet Earth now has a pink halo,
healing the land and human hearts. Visualise the colour
and aura of the planet become very intense, as you send healing
energy to the planet.
You can now open your eyes when you feel
ready, knowing you have assisted the planet and its people
heal.
